Our I year BDS students participated in STAR SUMMIT 2023 and presented their Physiology research topic in poster presentation competition and won the “Best Posters”.
Our first year BDS students VR. Pradeep and B.S. Aardra participated in International Conference on Innovations in Molecular Medicine and Translational Research (ICMTR-2023), held on 19th April 2023 and won the Best Poster awards.

Our first BDS students participated in International BMS Conference, Organized by SRM Dental College, held on 2nd February 2023. Two of our students won the Best Poster awards.
First year BDS Students presented E posters and papers in First International Research E CON - ICRA 2021, a virtual conference conducted by Indian Clinical Research Association and Rehab Academy was conducted on August 28th and 29th 2021 connecting researchers, students and scientists world-wide. It addressed scientists of various disciplines to give a key note on scientific paper writing, Ethical approval and registration, Journal Publication, Funding opportunities and travel grants etc, It also created a virtual platform for to present their scientific research work and proceed for journal publication. Four students, Ms. C.K. Kritheka, Ms. Preethi Raj, Ms.Rakshitha won Best poster awards.
Our first BDS students and faculties participated in Virtual Symposium on Innovations in Pharmaceutical science and Research, Organized by Rikinbek Pharma Company, held on 28.07.2021. Seven of our students and four faculties won the Best e-Poster awards.

The Department of Physiology organized an All India Virtual Physio Creatica 2022 on 9th August 2022. The Conference was organized as an initiative to enhance the student’s ideology and creative thoughts on Physiology. We have arranged multiple events in this conference namely, In sculpt/carving, Pencil sketching, Rough out, Best out of waste. Students from various colleges have actively participated in this conference and show cased their talents. The conference was started by the small welcome address by Dr. Sri Devi, Associate Professor, Department of Physiology and she had proceeded over the events further. We had around 60 delegates from various colleges in and around. The team of experts from different colleges chaired the session and awarded the 21 best teams. 3 teams among the 7 best teams were from our Saveetha Dental College. Finally, the valedictory function was proceeded by Dr. Gayatri Devi and Dr. Jothi Priya from the department
